1. New Customers read about your options below and choose whether you want Numeric or Alpha-Numeric Service.
2. T900 users must choose Personal Communicator Service below.

PAGING OPTIONAL SERVICES

Voice Mail

"Electronic mailbox" can be used with your pager, 24 hours a day. Callers can listen to a custom greeting and leave a voice message. The pager user is immediately notified on their pager with a display of their own pager number, that indicates a message is waiting. The pager user then calls their pager number and dials a password to listen to, save, or delete their messages.

The following Voice Mail options are available:

Mini Mail

Five 30-second messages can be stored for up to 8 hours. 10 second custom greeting is included.

Page Mail

Ten 60-second messages can be stored for up to 24 hours. 10 second custom greeting is included.

Page Mail +

Twenty 120-second messages can be stored for up to 72 hours. 10 second custom greeting is included.

Basic Voice Mail (T900 only)

• 96 hour message retention
• 30 second greeting
• 30 second message length
• 10 message storage

Executive Voice Mail (T900 only)

• 96 hour message retention
• 30 second greeting
• 90 second message length
• 20 message storage

 

Custom Greeting

This option allows you to record an introduction message that is played when the pager is called. Custom Greeting is 15 seconds. You can change the greeting at any time.

Personal 800 Number

Provides a toll free 800 or 888 number for your callers to dial.

Numeric Retrieval

This service records up to 16 numeric messages for later retrieval. This option is for pager users that often travel beyond the local coverage area of their pager. The pager user calls the pager and dials a password to listen to a computer-generated readout of their messages.

Alpha Dispatch Service

Alphanumeric messages will immediately be dispatched to the pager user to be read on the display screen. Two levels of service are available providing 50 or 100 free calls, with an additional charge per call over the limit.

Extended Coverage

Extended paging service to neighboring areas.

Additional Number

Provide callers with an additional local phone number for calling.
