Richard Gdovic, CEO, General Manager
Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Richard serves as the General Manager of ComServe Corporation and oversees all Operations of the company. Richard's expertise comes from eighteen years of developing accounting software with the last fourteen years of development predominately for the communications industry. Richard developed and oversees the maintenance and modifications for the software that provides ComServe the platform to provide customer service, billing, collections, and all other related automated activities. Richard's diverse background includes roles providing billing and customer service on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and major national communication providers nationwide. Richard has integrated over 140 different billing databases into ComServe's system including GTE and Verizon. Richard's expertise in the billing and customer service industry has prompted his inclusion on a number of Boards including the Board of Directors for a publicly traded communication company.
Raymond M. Gdovic, CPA, President
Raymond is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and the Tidewater Chapter Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (TCVSCPA). Raymond's expertise comes from twenty years of accounting and financial experience in public accounting and with private business enterprises. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Raymond began his career as an audit accountant with Witt Mares Eggleston Smith, PLC a regional public accounting firm with five offices throughout southeastern Virginia. Raymond also took on the role of Senior Audit and Cost Specialist in the accounting department at Branscome, Inc., a multinational construction conglomerate. Responsibilities included overseeing the accounting department's data processing, field cost analysis, accounting reviews of various divisions and federal and state tax compliance. In 1997 Raymond assumed a leadership role with ComServe taking charge of the accounting department and all financial and tax related issues. Raymond also oversees all banking relationships including depository accounts, credit card processing, credit lines and loan management.
Trina L. Saxon, Operations Manager
Trina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mansfield University and has pursued Master's studies at Texas A&M and the University of Nebraska. Before joining ComServe, Trina pursued a career in social service related fields with an emphasis on human resources and business administration. Trina joined ComServe in 1999 and quickly became familiar with all aspects of the company. Trina oversees the daily operations in all departments and is briefed on a daily basis on all phases of new project development. Trina has been the leading force in the documentation of all procedures and policies that govern the operations of the company. Trina uses her past experience in human relations to also be responsible for all aspects of employee relations, which includes hiring, performance reviews and incentive programs. Trina has been instrumental in the formation of a management team for ComServe that brings together talents from all aspects of the billing and customer service industries.
Kevin Campbell, Information Technology Director
Kevin has over nine years experience in the computer/network field. Kevin is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Certified Cisco Network Administrator (CCNA). Kevin took on this role in 2001 to oversee ComServe's migration to a Windows 2000 Network. Kevin's experience is derived from numerous positions in IT including repair, quality control manager, Network administration of over 50 servers and over 3,000 desktop clients, and Systems Engineer overseeing various military projects. Kevin oversees all IT and phone operations at ComServe including the email system, firewalls, Antivirus system, Internet and Internet control systems.
