Health Care/Hospitalization Insurance - You have the option to participate in our "Premium Only Plan" which provides health and dental coverage through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Under this program, ComServe pays half of the premium fee. The other half is deducted from your pay before federal income and social security taxes are withheld.
