ComServe Corporation acquires Virginia Cellular Service's Messaging Customers
Yorktown, VA - November 3, 2005

ComServe Corporation, a nationwide provider of communications and communications support services has acquired the messaging operations of Virginia Cellular Services for an undisclosed amount. Virginia Cellular Services has been providing Cellular and Messaging services for over 8 years.

ComServe will consolidate Virginia Cellular's customers under the ComServe Messaging umbrella and continue to provide messaging, billing, customer service and repair for the accounts.
